Solutions
Fix a problem: bug, outage, server error, unstable site or application
A site that stops responding, a 500 error after an update, an application that crashes, a database that cannot be reached: every hour counts. Agencei steps in to restore service quickly, then addresses the real cause rather than the symptom.
We work on WordPress and PrestaShop sites, web and mobile applications, APIs, servers and cloud infrastructure, even when we did not build the original solution.
How we work
- 1
First contact and access
You describe the problem through the diagnostic form; we agree on the required access (hosting, server, code repository) in a secure way.
- 2
Diagnosis
Log analysis, reproduction of the issue, identification of the cause: code, configuration, dependency, infrastructure or attack.
- 3
Recovery
Fix or workaround to bring the service back online, with a prior backup and validation on a test environment whenever possible.
- 4
Hardening
Definitive fix, updates, monitoring and recommendations to prevent recurrence. Clear report of the intervention.

Do you work on a site you did not build?
Yes, that is most troubleshooting requests. We simply need the required access and a description of the problem.
What is the first thing to do during an outage?
Do not change things blindly, note the time and the latest changes made, and check that you have a backup. Then describe the situation to us.
How is an intervention billed?
According to the complexity observed during diagnosis. A first exchange qualifies the urgency and estimates the effort before any work starts.
Do you offer follow-up after the fix?
Yes, through a maintenance or support agreement including monitoring, updates and fixes.
